Report a download problem

To help us find the cause quickly, please include:

• the Facebook link you tried to download;
• what happened, for example an error message, a missing HD option or a file that will not play;
• your device and browser, for example "iPhone, Safari" or "Windows, Chrome".

Before writing, check that the video is public. Private videos, friends-only posts and closed groups cannot be downloaded, and a video that was just deleted will fail too.

Copyright and removal questions

FBSave does not host any videos. Each file is fetched from Facebook when a visitor requests it. If you want a video removed from the internet, please report it to Facebook. If you have a question about how our tool is used, write to us with the details and we will look into it.
